In case you hadn’t realized, World Teachers Day is just around the corner (5th October). Celebrated annually since 1994, the holiday pays homage to educational professionals and the impact they have on shaping the world.

It can be easy to miss how important teachers are in our lives, especially if you don’t know any! But the truth is that teachers can have more of an impact on our lives and our futures than any other person. Think back to your school days, was there a teacher that encouraged you?
