The Noir by Chateau Blanc

A modern re-interpretation of the Opera cake paired with tea, this cake is made with a succulent chocolate almond sponge, dark chocolate ganache and our home-made Earl Grey black tea mousse, coated in a shiny chocolate glaze. The cake is decorated with chocolate décor, raspberries as well as our signature dash of gold leaf for an added luxurious aesthetic.
