Black Forest by Chateau Blanc

The cake is made using a moist dark chocolate sponge beneath a rich milk chocolate ganache, milk chocolate crispy, milk chocolate feuilletine, and a dark cherry mousse. The cake is sprayed with dark chocolate as well as icing sugar, decorated with milk chocolate, and of course succulent fresh cherries to top it all off.
